Apply for seed potato classification

This is a demonstration of converting a legacy paper form -- the Seed Potato Classification Scheme (SPCS2) -- into a digital, multi-page GOV.UK-style journey. It shows the applicant/business details, land holding details, seed potato variety and class, stock declaration, check-your-answers, and confirmation steps a real service of this shape would need.

Warning This is a fictional demo. No real applications, data or submissions are collected, stored, or sent to Defra, APHA, or any other real system. Everything you enter here is discarded once you finish or leave the journey.

  • land parcel and holding details, including a postcode
  • the seed potato variety and class you're applying for
  • a stock declaration, including a date
